Previously used as an animation studio and a composer’s production suite, the space is creatively inspiring with portholes in every direction, the tower studio is an ideal writing room and a fantastic place to impress clients. Coming with a shared kitchen and bathroom, it’s a home away from home to focus on your creative projects.

Located just above our flagship Studio 1, tenants of the Tower will enjoy exclusive discounted rates to the main studio, picture in some of the above videos, with its 10m live room and collection of world-class instruments and equipment.

To keep rates affordable for producers with busy lives, we’ve split the day into 2 sessions, with the day session running from 9am-5pm and the evening running 5pm-11pm. 

Prices vary depending on the number of sessions booked per week:

1 session per week: £110+VAT per month 

2 sessions per week: £220+VAT per month

3 sessions per week: £300+VAT per month

4 sessions per week: £380+VAT per month

5 sessions per week: £450+VAT per month

All bills, internet, electricity and business rates included. 

Please note that whilst acoustically treated, the space is not fully soundproofed and so is not designed for professional recording but for writing and production sessions.
